D.
if i'm not wrong, lone pair of electrons is the pair of electron that is not shared/bonded with other atoms. (in simple terms)
so, if we draw out the structure and examine the electrons,
A has no lone pair of electrons,
B only have one pair,
C do not have (cos C-0 is double bond),
and D has 2 pairs.
hence, D should be the answer.
Hi Lijun,
Well Done!
You are absolutely spot on!
